What's included

Price and renewal
The membership is charged every month at the price shown at the time of purchase, to the same payment method you used when you subscribed. It renews automatically until you cancel it. If we change the price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your customer account (My account → Subscriptions). You can also ask us to cancel it via our contact form. Once you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
14-day guarantee and right of withdrawal
As this is digital content, access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Even so, if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund the first fee in full.
Failed payments
If a payment cannot be taken, we will retry it and notify you by email. If, after several attempts, the payment still cannot be collected, the membership will be paused or cancelled.
