Returns and refunds
We want you to shop with peace of mind. If something isn't what you expected, we'll put it right.
14 days to return, no questions asked
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without having to give a reason. The product must be in good condition, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it and, where possible, in its original packaging.
How to make a return
- Write to us via our contact form with your order number.
- We will reply within 24–48 working hours with instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything without contacting us first.
- Once we receive the product, we will refund your money.
The cost of shipping a return made under the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect product
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a new one or refund your money, at no cost to you, and usually without you needing to send it back.
Order that does not arrive
All orders are shipped with tracking. If yours does not arrive within the timeframe stated in our shipping policy, contact us and we will resend it or refund the amount paid.
Refunds
We issue refunds within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return (or of confirming the issue), to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, write to us as soon as possible and we will cancel it with a full refund.
Legal guarantee
In addition to the above, all products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established by EU and Irish consumer legislation.
Club Katlune membership
The Club Katlune membership is a digital service paid monthly. You can cancel it at any time from your account, in the subscriptions section; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
14-day guarantee: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that first fee in full. Write to us via our contact form and we will take care of it.
